Hosting

The website, the uploaded plans and the generated tours are hosted in France by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

The service

Already at Home turns the floor plan of a home into a redrawn plan, a 3D model, an eye-level tour and a 360° tour. Tours are generated automatically from the plan provided by the user and the information they add or correct.

They are illustrations: they help you picture the home, but do not replace the original plan or the documents of a purchase, sale or renovation project. Anything the plan does not specify (heights, materials, colours, fittings) is assumed and marked as such. Already at Home gives no purchasing, legal or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The brand, logo, texts, illustrations, tour engine and all elements of the website belong to TFA The Forge Agency or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

Uploaded plans remain the property of their authors. By uploading a plan, the user confirms they hold the necessary rights and authorises Already at Home to process it to produce their tour, and for nothing else.

Security

• All exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Plans and tours are hosted in France, by OVH, and processed only within the European Union. They are only accessible to their owner and to the people they send a link to.
• Tour links are private, impossible to guess, kept out of search engines and can be revoked at any time.
• No plan is published, sold or used in our demonstrations without written consent.
• Technical access is limited to the people who need it, and any plan can be deleted on request.

Liability

TFA The Forge Agency strives to make tours accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. It cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of a tour, which remains an illustration.

Personal data and cookies

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, and the use of the service in our terms of use. The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts are those of Paris, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
