Privacy policy

In short

  • Your plan is only used to produce your tour.
  • It is never published, sold or used in our demonstrations without your written consent.
  • Plans and tours are hosted in France, by OVH, and processed only within the European Union.
  • You can delete everything at any time.

The data we process

  • Your email address, to sign you in and let you know when your tour is ready.
  • What you send through the website form: your email, your answer to the question asked and, if you attach it, your plan. We only use it to prepare your tour and send you its link.
  • The plans you upload and the information you add or correct (a dimension, a floor, a room).
  • The generated tours: redrawn plan, model, tour and images.
  • Technical data (IP address, connection logs), for the security of the service.
  • Your payment details, where applicable, processed directly by Stripe: we never see your card number.

Why, and on what basis

  • Producing your tour, managing your account and your sharing links: performance of the service you request.
  • Answering a request sent through the form: steps taken at your request.
  • Securing the service and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest.
  • Invoicing and meeting our accounting obligations: legal obligation.

Who has access

You, and the people you send a link to. On the Already at Home side, only the people who need it, for example to fix a flaw you report to us. Our providers, who act on our instructions:

  • OVH (France): hosting of the website, plans and tours.
  • OpenRouter (in European Union mode): automatic reading of the plan by artificial intelligence, carried out within the European Union. Your plan is not kept there after reading, and is never used to train a model. Details are in our terms of use.
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland): payment of purchases. Your card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe: we never see them.
  • An email provider: sign-in emails and tour-ready notifications.

How long

  • Request sent through the form (email, answer, attached plan): 12 months at most, then deleted automatically.
  • Free first plan: 6 months after it is created.
  • Paid tour: 24 months online.
  • Account: until it is deleted, or after 3 years without signing in.
  • Technical logs: 6 months.
  • Invoices: 10 years, as required by law.

You can delete a plan, a tour or your account at any time: everything is erased, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing and receive it in a readable format. Email us at contact@dejachezmoi.fr: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Security

Encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), hosting in France, processing within the European Union, private and revocable tour links, limited technical access, deletion on request. No plan is ever made public.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers: only what is strictly needed for it to work, such as keeping your session open or remembering the language you chose. If audience measurement is added, it will be anonymous, and this page will be updated.
